I reached out to IdealPa when I had taken on more responsibility at work to assist me with my CRM updates. I was spending much of my time on the road and with clients hiking up sales. However, the updates to the company were falling short on my CRM portal. It only occurred to me that getting a personal assistant outside of the company could be a really good support when I came across Sunny at a networking event. It’s as simple as me sending a voice note after a meeting and the team transcribe it as a update. Such a small amount of spend for a big impact on my day-to-day schedule.

Our processes and procedures have been transformed. My onsite team were carrying a lot of weight on their shoulders attending to customers, admin, invoicing and queries. Sunny was recommended to us by a friend to assist with restructuring our processes. The processes we had in place meant we dropped the ball often and lost profit. Her team spent some time getting to know our business and finances to eradicate failing practices and the results meant we saw profit. We wanted to continue our relationship with the team so now we have enlisted them with all our bookkeeping and administration. They work great alongside my existing team even though they are fully remote. I can only praise the work they have done and the high level of communication we receive.

With me being a one-man band its been great to have IdealPa take over my social media communication. Whilst I’m in working hours they answer the majority of my socials queries and condense down any replies I need to make personally. I was getting around 40 Dms on Instagram a day however they have reduced this to around 4/5 a day that need my personal attention. Its quite nice to have a debrief at the end of the day with the team especially working alone. It makes me feel apart of a team.

Sunny has helped get my personal affairs in order since January this year. Life was moving at a past pace between my position at work, selling my house and international travel for work. I was loosing track of communication with solicitors etc. Sunny & the team took over all communication, my diary and organised all my travel. Polite, efficient and gets the job done. I came to Ideal to help with my bookkeeping over time I realised they possessed other strengths, so we virtually recruited the team to support with our back office. It’s worked as a benefit as I no longer need to employ permanent staff to control a role that’s only 10 hours a week. My inbox is managed, as well as administration taken care of. The support has taken a load off my shoulder.

As a busy Managing Director and a single mum I feel that I spend the best part of my life running late for something. The team at Idealpa took control of my diary, fielded unnecessary calls and requests and restored order to my world. No request was ever too much and they proactively managed me in order to ensure they had what they needed in order to provide the support I did not know I needed.

I have been working with Sunny for around 3 years now, it has truly become a partnership. My businesses have met countless goals and taken new levels since I managed my time better and brought in assistance in the areas, I’m not so interested in. With my business portfolio growing IdealPa have taken on much more than I ever could have expected. She is currently managing 2 of my companies and currently assisting in further growth. My books are all managed under one roof making it easier for me to understand my turnover as a whole. From organising my holidays, managing my team and everything in-between having a right-hand person has developed my business strength to strength.
